If you are not satisfied with your order you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your purchase via email email@example.com. If you inform us after this period then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once we have acknowledged your return request, you then have a further 14 days to ensure it arrives at our UK returns warehouse. If your return isn't received within 14 days of your original return request date, then unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If, when we receive the return, we deem that you have damaged the goods or they are not in a saleable condition, then the return will be denied and the items returned to you. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.

You will need to send us your exchange items in it's original packaging and condition. Please be sure to include a note of your order number, return address and what alterations you require so that we can speedily identify the return as yours. Failure to do this will result in a delay with your exchange being processed.
Once we receive and process your return, the new items will be prepared and shipped directly to you from our UK warehouse, tracking details will be provided if applicable.
You may return your purchase without question for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item if:

- You are not satisfied with the quality of the item
- You feel the item is not as described
