We hand pour all of our candles and diffusers to order to avoid waste and keep our natural scents as strong and fresh as possible. This means that our delivery isn't as quick as the bigger brands but if you can appreciate the charm and quality of buying from a small family-run brand - we promise we're worth the wait.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email along with a tracking number for your parcel. If you provide a mobile number whilst checking out or setting up an account with us, you should also receive a text message from our chosen courier with delivery details.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by us and will receive an email or text (if you provided a mobile number) from the courier along with a tracking number.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels reported as missing if you have provided an alternative delivery option to the courier.
